1. 60-Day Try, Love, or Return Guarantee

Try our products risk-free! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Verification: We may request a photo of the product before processing the return to ensure a smooth experience.

2. 60-Day Warranty

All Quia products are protected by a 60-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product is found to be defective within this window, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

3. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, certain products—such as opened skincare and serums—cannot be returned once shipped.

  • If your item is non-returnable but you are unsatisfied, we may, at our discretion, offer store credit for future purchases.

5. Refunds & Billing

  • Unrecognized Charges: If you notice an unauthorized charge, please contact us within 3 days of purchase.

  • Processing: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once a refund is approved, it may take several business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank's processing times.

6. Subscription Policy

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

  • Initial Order: Cancellations are only eligible for a refund if the order has not yet been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, the initial order is non-refundable.

  • First Renewal: The first automatic renewal following your initial order is non-refundable, regardless of shipping status.

  • Future Renewals: All subsequent renewals are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future orders. However, cancelling does not stop or refund orders that have already been generated in our system.

  • Accidental Sign-ups: If you subscribed by mistake, you must notify us within the same cancellation window as an initial order for a potential refund.
