1. Processing Times

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, regardless of the shipping method selected.

  • Shipping Schedule: We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Tracking Updates: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Please note: Quia is not responsible for unforeseen delays caused by shipping carriers.


2. Delivery Estimates

We offer various shipping tiers to suit your needs. Estimated delivery times for the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia are as follows:

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a Tracking Number via email. You can track your package directly through our website or via the link provided in your shipping confirmation.

If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us at quiakoreanbeautycare@gmail.com.


4. Delivery Inquiries & Issues

  • Delayed Packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 21 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier to locate your parcel. Inquiries made after 21 days may limit our ability to resolve the issue with the courier.

  • Address Corrections & Cancellations: If you notice an error in your shipping address or wish to cancel your order, please notify us at quiakoreanbeautycare@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Damaged Items: If your product arrives defective or damaged, you may request a replacement within 60 days. Please email us with a photo of the damage to initiate the process.
